1. Transportation Time
We will begin processing your order within 2 business days after order confirmation. We will email you if the item is out of stock.
Orders from the US and UK will usually arrive within 7-12 business days of shipment, depending on your destination city.
Kindly be aware that holiday periods and promotional events may result in extended order processing times.
2. Shipping Costs
We are thrilled to offer shipping services to worldwide. Our shipping rates for remote countries will be calculated based on logistics and distance, and displayed at checkout for your convenience.

Order under $49 cost $7.99 (10-15 days)
Please note that:
- Shipping to Ukraine, Taiwan, and most African countries is currently unavailable.
- Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination country. We strive to provide accurate estimates, but factors such as customs clearance and local delivery services may impact delivery times.
3. Customs, Duties and Taxes
We now cover all customs duties and fees to USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Mexico, New Zealand, Hong Kong.
Rest of the world: We will try to avoid customs duties that you need to pay, but if customs and import duties, fees and taxes are incurred, they are borne by the customer.
Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the package.International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to shipping fee and return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the recipient refuses to pay custom taxes and duties, any resulting non-delivery of packages absolves us of responsibility.
4. Delivery
- Order Modification: If you need to change the shipping address or order info, please contact our customer service team info@bobolights.com at your earliest convenience. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
- Correction Address Comfirmation: Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
- Parcel Pick Up: We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, you might need to pick it up from your local post office. Please note that we can not issue a refund if you refuse to collect package from your local post office.We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. Packages won’t be returned back to our warehouse since we ship from overseas.
